This kind of therapeutic massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups. This massage also involves streches.

Prenatal Massage - $89

A prenatal massage is a full body massage performed by a certified/licensed prenatal massage therapist that is similar to a Swedish massage (like what you might experience at a spa) except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - $109

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing. Although the word "aroma" makes it sound as if the oils are inhaled, they can also be massaged into the skin. This is a great add on for those who have anxiety, depression or stress.

Biofreeze Gel - $15

Biofreeze uses the principle of cryotherapy. The use of cryotherapy (ie, the application of cold for the treatment of injury or disease) is widespread in sports medicine today. This would be a great add on for our sports massage.

Foot Scrub - $20

The foot scrub add ones are for our foot massage lovers! We use a honey or coffee sugar scrub to help exfoliate and leave your feet super soft. The massage therapist will focus a few more minutes on your feet during your session with this add on.
